1. Job Title: Youth Group Pastor

2. Position Status: Part-Time

3. Purpose:

The role of the Youth Group Pastor is to assist the Education Dept. Director and Elder in overseeing the life and direction of the church. The Pastor will have a firm grasp on the purpose, values and strategy of the church and the ability to align ordained and lay staff and key leadership teams with its mission. The Pastor will ensure pastoral leadership to the congregation alongside clergy and lay ministers. The Pastor will ensure that the systems, practices, and policies of the church responsibly and effectively support its ministry activities.

4. Key Responsibilities and Duties including but not limited to:

i. Preaching and teaching: The Pastor Will be the primary preacher for Youth Group worship services.

The Pastor also will provide leadership in planning and executing Youth programs and other programs in discipleship and ministry training, including weekly Sunday worship and Friday Bible study.

ii. Strategic leadership and planning: The Pastor is responsible for strategic planning in the execution of the church's purpose via KM Pastor, will help define strategic goals and vision as a key leader among staff and elders and implement the plan by:

- Attending regular staff meetings and other activities to clarify and execute goals and objectives.

- Monitoring the spiritual pulse of the Youth Group congregation through review and accountability.

- Ensuring facilities and programs are effectively aligned to meet strategic goals, including seasonal retreats and mission trips. etc.

- Developing and discipling a group of leaders within the congregation.

iii. Greater church-wide responsibilities

- Engage in and attend major church events throughout the year (New Years, Easter, Christmas, etc.)

5. Qualifications:

i. Spiritual and personal integrity and maturity

ii. Ability and willingness to share Word of Christ and disciple others

iii. English fluency is a must, bilingual Korean proficiency is a plus

iv. M. Div. from an accredited seminary

v. Authorization to work in the United States

2. 근무조건: 파트타임

3. 목적:

청소년사역자(이하 사역자)의 역할은 교육부 부서장과 장로와 함께 교회의 생활과 방향을 감독하는 것입니다. 사역자는 교회의 목적, 가치 및 전략을 확실히 이해하고, 임명된 직원과 전문 직원 그리고 주요 지도팀을 그 미션과 일치시키는 능력을 갖추어야 합니다. 사역자는 목회자 및 전문 직원과 함께 교회의 회중에 목회적 지도를 제공할 것입니다. 교회는 사역자가 교회의 시스템, 실천 방법 및 정책을 책임있게 그리고 효과적으로 해당 목회 활동을 지원하도록 보장할 것입니다.

4. 책임과 의무:

i. 설교 및 교육: 사역자는 청소년 예배를 위한 주요 설교자가 될 것입니다. 사역자는 또한 주일 예배와 금요일 성경공부를 포함한 제자와 목회 훈련 프로그램 및 다른 프로그램을 계획하고 실행하는 데 지도력을 제공할 것입니다.

ii. 전략적 지도와 계획: 사역자는 교회의 목적 실행을 위한 전략적 계획에 책임이 있으며, KM 목사를 통해 목표와 비전을 정의하고 직원 및 장로들중 주요 지도자로서 계획을 실행할 것입니다.

- 정기적인 직원 회의 및 목표 및 목적을 명확히하고 실행하기 위한 다른 활동 참석

- 청소년 단체 회중의 영적 파동을 검토하고 책임을 맡음으로써 지켜보기

- 계절별 수련회 및 선교 여행을 포함하여 전략적 목표를 충족시키기 위해 효과적으로 시설 및 프로그램을 조정

- 청소년회중 내 지도자 그룹 개발 및 교육

iii. 교회내 책임: 연중 주요 교회 행사에 참여 및 참석 (신년, 부활절, 크리스마스 등)

5. 자격 요건:

i. 영적 및 개인적 정직성과 성숙성

ii. 그리스도의 말씀을 전하고 다른 이들을 제자화할 능력과 의지

iii. 영어는 필수이며, 이중 언어 구사 능력(한국어)은 추가 점수입니다.

iv. 공인 신학대학원에서 취득한 석사학위

v. 미국에서 일할수 있는 신분

6. 제출서류:

ii. 영어로 최근 설교(들) (링크 또는 비디오 첨부)

iii. 추천서 2 통(최소 1 통 목사 추천서)
