Seeking for a Full-Time EM Pastor (Sacramento Korean Baptist Church)

북가주 새크라멘토 한인침례교회(담임목사 정수갑, SBC, 남침례교)에서는 EM 장년부 풀타임 사역자와 EM 청년부 파트타임 사역자를 청빙하고 있습니다. 

Sacramento Korean Baptist Church in Northern California is seeking full-time EM Pastor and part-time EM young adult minister.

 

* 지원 자격 (Qualifications)

- 남침례교단에서 목사 안수를 받았거나 침례교단의 교리에 동의하고 따를 수 있는 분

   A person who has been ordained as a pastor in the Southern Baptist Convention or who agrees with   

and can follow the Baptist Faith.

- 복음적이며 전도에 열정을 가지신 분  Heart for evangelism / Outreach

- 이중 언어를 구사하는 분 (선호) Bilingual ability (Preferred)

- 목회 경험 3년 이상을 하신 분 Ministry experience 3 years minimum

- 결혼한 부부 (풀타임 사역자) Married couple (for full-time minister)

 

* 제출 서류 (Application Requirements)

- 이력서 (6개월 이내의 사진 포함) Resume with picture within 6 months

- 목사 안수증, 신학대학원 졸업증명서

   Certificate of Ordination and Master of Divinity (Southern Baptist Seminary preferred)

- 파트타임 사역자는 목사 안수를 요구하지 않으며 M. Div를 졸업하거나 예정자는 가능합니다.

   Part-time ministry does not require ordination, and an M. Div degree or candidate is possible.

- 자기 소개 및 신앙 간증 Personal introduction and testimony of faith

- 목회 철학 및 목회 계획서 Ministry Philosophy and Ministry Plan

- 설교 영상 파일 (2개) 또는 온라인 링크 (6개월 이내)

Recent Sermon 2 video files or online links within 6 months

-  추천서 2개 (1개는 현재 또는 이전 목회자) 추천서는 추천인이 직접 보내주세요

Two Letters of Recommendation of Pastors. (at least one from former or current senior pastor)

Directly emailed by the references

 

* 사례비 (Compensation)

- 풀타임 사역자 Full Time: Salary $60,000 / Year 

  - 건강 보험 Health Insurance - $210 / Month

  - 은퇴 연금 Guidestone retirement $100 / Month

  - 이사 비용 Provide relocation expenses – Up to $7,000

- 파트 타임 사역자 Part Time: Salary $1,900 / Month (Health insurance, retirement pension, and    

  moving expenses are not covered)
