사역내용: Youth 사역

 

자격:

1)      미국내 체류 및 취업에 결격 사유가 없으신 분

2)      정규신학교 졸업 혹은 재학중인자

3)      영어 능통자

4)      청소년 사역에 열정이 있으신 분.

 

사역내용:

1)      금요예배 및 주일예배 인도

2)      주중모임(또는 성경공부) 진행

3)      수련회 및 교육부 1년 행사 계획 및 진행

4)      사역자 회의 참석

5)      주중 최소 1회 교회 사무실 근무

6)      한달에 한번 새벽기도 인도

사례비: Half time - $24,300,  2/3 time - $32,400,  이중언어- $2,000 추가

Title:  Calling for a Youth Ministry Pastor (Half-Time Position)

All Nations Church at San Antonio (ANC-SA) is a Korean-American church located in San Antonio, Texas. ANCSA education ministry department is seeking a half-time youth pastor.  We are looking for someone who is committed to the gospel message, has passion for the next generation, and has strong relational skills to pastor the youth of current generation.

ANC-SA belongs to Christian Reformed Church (CRC) denomination.  Youth pastor will work under the leadership of the senior pastor along with the council team which is comprised of elder and serving deacons.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Preach during the Sunday Worship

·         Run an effective weekly faith formative program on Fridays.

·         Teach/Train Leaders

·         Implement Discipleship

·         Provide counseling and visitations for congregation members

·         Outreach/missions

·         Work with the pastoral staff and the church staff

·         Attend monthly staff meetings to inform and be informed.

·         Periodically hold PTA meetings to inform parents about the on-going L&F ministries and to recruit parental support.

·         Plan and organize seasonal ministries (e.g., Summer retreat, Lock in, Senior Banquet, First Noel, Mission trip) according to the liturgical calendar.

·         Work at the church office at least once during the week

·         Monthly early morning prayer sermon.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

·   Legally eligible to work in the States

·   M. Div. or attending Seminary

·   Must be fluent in English

·    Strong commitment to personal spiritual growth

·   Strong relational skill and capacity to work with students and their family

·   Must live a personal and public life exemplary of a mature Christian

COMPENSATION

·   Base salary: Half-time – $24,300 / Two-thirds time – $32,400 / Bilingual – Additional $2,000

·   Benefit: Vacation allowance ($500), book allowance ($1,000), relocation allowance ($2,000)
