Preschool & Kindergarten Director Position (동양선교교회 유치원원장 청빙)

The Oriental Mission Church is seeking Director for the OMC Preschool and Kindergarten located in Los Angeles. We are looking for a self-motivated individual that can work well with follow leaders and staff of the Oriental Mission Church.

Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing preschool operations including but not limited to human resources, quality assurance, and facility operations

• Developing strong relationships with families

• Complying with state childcare licensing regulations

• Demonstrating highly effective organization, time management, and multitasking skills

• Having a genuine love for children and a strong commitment to education

• Providing expertise in program development, strategic planning, problem-solving, group leadership and conflict resolution

• Overseeing office duties including but not limited to: student records, tuition payments, payables and receivables, budget and financial records, staff communication and scheduling

Qualifications and Skills

• Preschool Director Experience: 3 years

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or a related field

• Working knowledge of state and local licensing regulations

• Experience navigating state and local regulations and standards

• Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and be able to motivate and inspire others.

• A person who loves children based on the Christian faith and has a passion for teaching

• Bilingual: English & Korean

• Preschool & Kindergarten Director Qualified

• Current Infant/Child/Adult CPR and First Aid certification

자격은 하나님의 말씀으로 다음 세대를 바로 세우는 기독교 교육에 사명이 있는 자로 영어/한국어 이중언어 가능하며 미국에서 합법적으로 일을 할 수 있으며 유치원 원장 자격을 소지하고 경험(3년 이상) 이 있는 자입니다.
