초등부·중등부 사역자 및 교육부 디렉터 모집

샌디에고 갈보리장로교회에서는 다음 세대를 사랑하며 함께 세워갈 사역자를 모십니다. 

초등부 또는 중등부를 맡아 사역하게 되며, 경험과 은사, 사역 가능 시간에 따라 교육부 디렉터 역할을 함께 맡을 수 있습니다.

Full-time, Half-time, Part-time 모두 지원 가능하며, 사역 범위와 역할은 협의하여 조정합니다.

주요 사역은 주일예배와 금요 성경공부 인도, 교사 및 리더들과의 협력, 주요 행사 준비와 진행, 그리고 학생과 가정을 목양하는 일입니다. 

신학교 재학 또는 졸업자로서 영어 사역이 가능하고, 다음 세대를 사랑으로 함께 세워갈 분을 기다립니다.

Elementary or Jr. High Pastor / Education Director - San Diego, CA

San Diego Calvary Korean Church is looking for a pastor who loves the next generation and has a heart for helping children and youth grow as lifelong disciples of Jesus Christ. 

We are seeking someone to lead our Elementary Ministry or Jr. High Ministry, with additional Education Department leadership responsibilities depending on the position.

Full-time, half-time, and part-time positions are available.

Compensation & Benefits

Full-time salary: $70,000-$83,000 annually

Benefits: 403(b) retirement plan

Half-time and part-time compensation will be based on responsibilities and experience. 

Current seminary students may be eligible for additional scholarship assistance.

Responsibilities

Elementary or Jr. High Ministry

• Lead and preach Sunday worship; teach Friday Night Bible Study.

• Support and equip teachers and small-group leaders

• Plan and coordinate ministry events and seasonal programs 

• Build relationships with students and families and partner with parents in their spiritual growth

Education Director (for candidates serving in this role)

• Support and coordinate the overall Education Department

• Encourage and equip education pastors, leaders, and teachers

• Coordinate department-wide ministries and events

• Work with church leadership to develop a healthy, collaborative vision for next-generation ministry

Who We’re Looking For

We would love to meet someone who:

• Loves Jesus and has a clear personal testimony of faith

• Loves children and youth and feels called to next-generation ministry

• Is currently enrolled in or has graduated from an accredited seminary

• Is fluent in English

• Is comfortable serving in a Korean-American church context

• Works well with pastors, teachers, parents, and ministry leaders

• Has strong communication and organizational skills
