About Us:

Saehan Presbyterian Church is a vibrant, gospel-centered Korean-American church located in Alpharetta, Georgia, a thriving suburb just north of Atlanta. Our church is committed to glorifying God by making disciples, reaching the lost, and equipping believers to live out their faith in their daily lives. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Pastor who will shepherd, disciple, and inspire our middle and high school students to grow in their relationship with Christ and live out their faith boldly.

Our Vision for Youth Ministry:

We desire to build a youth ministry that is deeply rooted in evangelism, mission, and discipleship—raising young men and women who love Jesus, grow in His Word, and actively live out their faith in their schools, homes, and communities. We are looking for a pastor who is relational, engaging, and gospel-driven, someone who will walk alongside our students, encouraging them to encounter Jesus personally and develop a lifelong faith.

Qualifications:

    •    A genuine and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

    •    A heart for youth ministry and a passion for mentoring and discipling middle and high school students.

    •    Fluent in English with proficiency in Korean (able to communicate with parents and congregation).

    •    A degree in Theology, Biblical Studies, Christian Education, or a related field (M.Div. preferred but not required).

    •    Previous experience in youth ministry (volunteer or paid).

    •    Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

    •    Aligns with Reformed theology and the core beliefs of Saehan Presbyterian Church.

Responsibilities:

    •    Preaching & Teaching: Deliver engaging, Christ-centered messages that connect with youth and help them grow spiritually.

    •    Discipleship & Evangelism: Build a culture of spiritual growth through small groups, mentorship, and outreach opportunities.

    •    Worship & Fellowship: Organize and lead Sunday worship services, Friday night gatherings, and special youth events.

    •    Missions & Service: Encourage youth involvement in local and global missions, service projects, and evangelistic outreach.

    •    Family & Church Integration: Partner with parents and church leaders to nurture a holistic faith journey for our students.

    •    Leadership & Administration: Train and equip volunteers, manage the youth ministry budget, and oversee youth ministry events such as retreats, mission trips, and summer/winter camps.

    •    Salary is commensurate with experience and family situation.
