Job description: TKC JAMM(1st - 5th Grade) Pastor

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Spiritual and Servant Leader; an authentic leader who loves God and others.

-Has a desire to see lives be transformed by the gospel.

-Needs to be a team player who can work together with fellow pastors, staff, and volunteers with humility and possesses a "can do" attitude.

-Legal to work in the U.S.

-Requires 2-3 years of experience working with children or in an education setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The JAMM Ministry Pastor supports the vision and direction of the Education Department of Thanksgiving Church by Overseeing the planning, coordinating, and executing of JAMM Ministry under the supervision of the Education Department Pastor.

The Pastor must preach and teach the Word of God regularly on Friday nights and Sunday morning services. The Pastor is expected work with a group of volunteer teachers to conduct ministry, attend regular staff meetings, and direct and facilitate annual calendar events such as VBS, Family Night, Christmas Program etc.
