제목: Field Ministry Manager 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Field Ministry Manager is responsible for the recruitment, leadership, development, performance management, and ongoing oversight of the Regional Staff and the Volunteer Relations. The Field Ministry Manager will, in alignment with global ministry standards, guide and direct a team of staff who are geographically dispersed across Korea to work towards the achievement of the ministry’s goals, which include: 

Lead regional staff to achieve driven growth goals in both volunteer team effectiveness and giftbox generation through contributions from churches and like-minded Christian groups.

Recruiting and supporting an efficient and effective drop-off network located in like-minded, evangelical churches; and

The effective management and growth of Volunteer Relations which includes the development of the year-round volunteer Area Teams, Project Leaders, and Drop-off Location and Processing Center volunteers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must maintain a personal relationship with and be a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, as well as able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

 • Passionate about Christian ministry and sharing the Gospel 

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (B.A) from four-year college or university 

• Over 5 years of experience in church ministry or volunteer management

 • Demonstrated experience in leading programs and ministries (particularly those involving direct leadership of staff or volunteers) • Experience in sales and sales management is an asset

 • Good organizational skills 

• Public speaking or presentation experience 

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
