Position: Full-Time

Job Description

Lead, teach, and disciple junior high and high school students, helping them grow in their faith and relationship with Jesus Christ.

Plan and oversee weekly worship services, small groups, retreats, outreach events, and other youth ministry activities.

Build meaningful relationships with students and their families through pastoral care, mentoring, and encouragement.

Recruit, train, and shepherd volunteer leaders while providing leadership and oversight for Youth Ministry staff.

Collaborate with church leadership to integrate students into the life and mission of the church.

Manage the Youth Ministry budget and resources with wisdom and accountability.

Support and participate in Next Generation ministry initiatives and events as needed.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in, admitted to, or graduated from an accredited Master of Divinity (M.Div.) program; or currently enrolled in, admitted to, or graduated from a Christian Education program or a related graduate-level program.

Demonstrates a clear calling and passion for youth and Next Generation ministry and possesses related experience.

Able to preach and teach in English and communicate in basic conversational Korean.

Enjoys serving in a collaborative team environment and is eager to partner with the broader Next Generation ministry.

Possesses strong leadership, organizational, and relational skills.
