2. 사역 내용
1) 유년부 사역자로서
• 예배 인도 — 주일 및 금요예배와 활동을 인도하며, 예배, 찬양, 교제, 성경공부 등을 통해 어린이들이 하나님의 말씀을 이해하도록 돕습니다.
• 영적 돌봄 — 신앙의 기초를 세워가는 어린이들에게 영적 돌봄, 격려, 관계적 지지를 제공합니다.
• 협력 및 소통
o 유년부 담당 부장 집사/권사와 협력
o 교사 및 자원봉사자 등 사역팀과 함께 성경공부 및 연례/특별행사를 준비하고 진행
o 학부모(PTA)와 정기적으로 소통하여 가정과 교회가 함께 신앙 성장을 도모하도록 지원
2) 교회 사역자로서
• 교회 전체 행사 중 어린이부 또는 유년부 관련 사역을 중심으로 협력
3. 지원 자격
• 학사 학위 이상 (신학 전공자 또는 인가된 신학교 재학/졸업자 우대)
• 영어로 설교 및 의사소통이 가능한 자 (일상 수준의 한국어 가능자 우대)

• 어린이 사역 또는 유아·초등 교육 경험자 우대
4. 사례비
• 월 $1,400–1,700 (경력에 따라 결정)

Antioch Church of Philadelphia Seeking Part-Time Lower Elementary Ministry Pastor
Antioch Church of Philadelphia (KPCA, Sr. Pastor: Choong-Un Yang), located in Philadelphia on the East Coast of the United States, is a mission-centered church, striving to build a church like the Church of Antioch described in the Book of Acts, a church in which not only Koreans, but also Americans, Central and South Americans from Spanish-speaking countries, Africans, and other cultures form one body, one family in Jesus Christ. By recovering the missional essence of the church, our goal is to empower every one of our members to live as lay missionaries who proclaim the Gospel locally and globally, from here to the ends of the earth. We are currently seeking a part-time Lower Elementary Pastor who loves Jesus Christ and is passionate about nurturing young children (Pre K to 1st Grade) with God’s love.

1. Position
Part-time Pastor for the Lower Elementary Ministry (Pre K to 1st Grade) with total expected hours of 15–20 hours per week.
2. Responsibilities
1) As a Lower Elementary Ministry Pastor
• Worship Leadership — Lead Sunday and Friday worship and activities, including worship service, praise, fellowship, Bible study that help young children understand God’s Word.
• Pastoral Care — Provide spiritual care, encouragement, and relational support to young children as they begin forming their faith foundation.
• Collaboration & Communication
o Work collaboratively with the deacon/deaconess assigned to the Lower Elementary Ministry.
o Partner with ministry staff, including teachers, volunteers to support Bible study and annual/special events.
o Communicate regularly with parents (PTA) to encourage spiritual growth at home and alignment between church and home.
2) As a Church Minister
• Support church-wide events primarily related to the Children Ministry and/or Lower Elementary Ministry.
3. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (preference given to candidates who have studied theology or are currently enrolled in an accredited seminary).
• Ability to preach and communicate effectively in English (conversational Korean is a plus).
• Must embrace and follow the vision of Antioch Church.
• Preference given to candidates with prior experience in children’s ministry or early childhood education.
4. Compensation
• $1,400–1,700 per month, depending on a candidate’s experience.
• Tuition assistance for candidates enrolled in a seminary.

• Two recommendation letters (preferably from your current senior pastor and former senior pastor)
