English Ministry Pastor Position (Multigenerational Focus)
 

Dong Shin Church of Southern California is a gospel-centered community rooted in the Reformed tradition and affiliated with the Korean Presbyterian Church Abroad (KPCA). For over 40 years, our church has stood as a testament to God’s unwavering love and grace.

We are seeking a visionary and spirit-filled Full-time Pastor to lead our English Ministry congregation.

Position : English Ministry (EM) Pastor
Start Date : September 2026
Position Type : Full-Time
Compensation : Commensurate with Experience ($70,000-$90,000 per year)

Spiritual & Cultural Qualifications
    •    U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
    •    Demonstrates a Deep Passion for God’s Word, Prayer, and Discipleship
    •    Strong Calling to Pastoral Ministry and Evangelism
    •    Preferably 1.5 Generation Korean (Korean-Born, Culturally Bilingual)
    •    Strong Understanding of Korean-American Church Dynamics,
         Especially Second-Generation (2nd Gen) Koreans

Education & Experience (Preferred)
  •    M.Div. or Equivalent Theological Degree
  •    10 Years Prior Pastoral or Ministry Experience
       (Especially in English Ministry or Similar Context)
