뉴욕충신교회에서 영어회중을 담당하실 사역자를 찾습니다.

영어회중(25-30명)만 담당할 경우, 파트타임이나 하프타임으로 사역하실수 있고, 풀타임으로 사역할 경우, 교육부서 한부서와 함께 사역을 하게 됩니다.

Title: Choongsyn Korean Church English Congregation

Choongsyn Korean Church is congregation of Korean immigrant adults and 2nd generations.  We are located in Flushing, NY and are a member of the RCA denomination. 
We are looking for a Part/Half time, with a possibility for full-time, to oversee and serve our 2nd generation young adult group (career & college group).
Our English-speaking congregation is comprised of 25-30 members.

Responsibilities
•  For a part/half time position - Lead and preach for EC’s Sunday worship;
•  For a full-time position - Aside from EC ministries, Children’s ministries including Sunday worship will be your added respsonsibilites.
(Weekly meetings, Parents’ & Teachers’ meeting, Annual special programs such as retreats, and missions) 
•  Create environments, activities and programs for learning and encourage spiritual growth.
•  Oversee and administer the education ministry.

Qualification
•  Pastor who has Christ-centered Heart for the Gospel.
•  Pastor who has graduated or is in the process of graduating from an accredited Seminary (Prefer Reformed Theology)
•  Faithful, accountable and teachable
•  Good relational skills and capacity to work with career group and students
