2. 자격 요건
  1) 정규 신학 대학원 (M.Div. 학위) 졸업자
  2) 다음 세대 (중고등부) 및 영어권 회중 사역 경험과 소명이 있는 분
  3) 이중 언어 (영어/한국어) 가능자 우대
  4) 미국 거주 및 취업에 법적인 문제가 없는 분

Job Title: English Ministry (EM) Pastor & Sunday School Education Director
Church Name: NJ Harvest Church

Qualifications
• A clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and a calling to pastoral ministry.
• Master of Divinity (M.Div.) or equivalent from an accredited seminary.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Korean is a plus but not required.
• Experience in EM leadership and/or children’s ministry in a cross-cultural or Korean American church context preferred.
• Able to work well with a multi-generational and multicultural church body.
• Eligible to work in the US without VISA sponsorship
