Bessing Community Church is seeking a pastor who can serve in our youth ministry.
Applicants may apply for part, half, or full time depending on his/her personal circumstances.
1. Qualification:
-Master of Divinity (M. Div) or a corresponding theological degree
-Must be fluent in English. Korean language skills are preferred, but not required.
-Passion for the next generation of the Korean American Church
-Eligible to work in the US
2. Responsibilities
- Lead weekly Sunday Service (including Sunday Sermon)
- Oversee and grow all areas of ministry for the English speaking congregation
- Organize and implement ministry programs to foster the spiritual growth of the Youth group
- Work with lay leaders and other pastors to promote church unity
- Provide pastoral care and visit church members as necessary
3. Compensations: Salary / healthcare coverage / Pastoral activity support,/ Paid vacation etc
