LA Calvary Faith Church is seeking a staff member to serve in the Youth Group ministry.

1. Qualifications

• A pastor or minister capable of serving in the middle and high school ministry, with a solid foundation in Reformed Presbyterian theology, and no disqualifications for ministry within the KPCA (Korean Presbyterian Church Abroad) denomination.

• Must have graduated from an accredited seminary or currently be enrolled in one.

2. Required Documents

• One letter of recommendation

• Resume/CV

• Statement of faith and personal testimony

• Certificate of graduation or proof of current seminary enrollment (if applicable)

3. Application Procedure

4. Main Responsibilities

• Attend the monthly (or scheduled) full staff meetings

• Lead Sunday worship at 10:30 AM

• Train teachers to lead Sunday small groups

• Plan and lead special annual events (such as retreats)
