2. 자격

-신학대학원(M.Div.) 또는 이에 상응하는 신학학위

-안수목사(장로교단선호) 또는 목사안수후보

-교육부 경력이 4년이상

-영어 한국어 이중언어 선호

-이민교회에 있는 다음세대를 향한 열정

-미국에서 합법적으로 일 할 수 있는 자격

3. 유스 하프타임 지원자격

- 신학대학원(M.Div.) 학생 또는 전도사

- 청소년부 사역 경험이 최소 2년

- 영어가 한국어 이중언어 선호

- 이민교회에 있는 다음세대를 향한 열정

- 미국에서 합법적으로 일 할 수 있는 자격

1. Responsibilities

If Full-Time

- Overall Oversight of the Education department

- Lead weekly Sunday Service (including Sunday Sermon)

- Oversee and grow all areas of ministry for the Youth Ministry such as worship, missions, 

   small groups, and the training and equipping of teachers for ministry

- Develop Curriculum for Education department and Youth Ministry

- Organize and implement ministry programs to foster the spiritual growth of Youth group

- Conduct Membership and Baptism/Confirmation class

- Lay leaders and others pastors collaborate to foster church unity

- Lead weekly Bible studies and small groups

- Provide pastoral care and visit church members as necessary

2. Qualification

If Full-Time (Executive Leader of Education department),

- Master of Divinity (M. Div.) or a corresponding theological degree

- Ordained pastor (Presbyterian denomination preferred) or Candidate for ordination

- At least 4 years of experience in Ministry of Education department

- Must be fluent in English. Korean language skills are preferred.

- Passion for the next generation of the Korean American Church

- Eligible to work in the US

If Half-Time (Youth Ministry),

- in the process of M.Div. or Candidate for ordination

- 2years of Youth Ministry

- Must be fluent in English. Korean language skills are preferred.

- Passion for the next generation of the Korean American Church

- Eligible to work in the US
