Title: English Speaking Pastor (San Diego Hanbit  Church)

San Diego Hanbit  church is a non-denominational, independent church with about 800 members and with 31 years of history.

We are looking for a half-time to full-time assistant pastor to oversee our youth and college ministry.

Responsibilities

• A personal and vital relationship to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
• Preach and lead our college groups to know, love and serve Jesus
• Create environments, activities and programs for college students that will facilitate learning and encourage spiritual growth.
• Oversee and administer the education ministry.

 Qualification

• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Faithful, accountable and teachable
• Good relational skills and capacity to work with students
• Currently enrolled or graduated from an accredited Seminary
• Fluency in English and ability to communicate in Korean.

업무 내역(Responsibilities)

• 구세주 되신 예수 그리스도와 깊고 인격적인 신앙을 이루도록 돕는다.
• 예수를 깊이 알고, 사랑하고, 섬기도록 말씀 사역과 가르침을 준다.
• 학습을 촉진하고 영적 성장을 장려할 수 있도록 환경, 활동, 및 프로그램을 조성한다.
• 교육부 사역을 감독하고 관리한다

자격조건 (Qualification)

• 미국에 합법적으로 취업 가능한자
• 신학대학 졸업자 또는 졸업자 예정자
• 이중언어, 영어와 한국어로 설교 가능하신 분
