Global Mission Church (PCA) in Diamond Bar, CA is looking for a full-time Youth Pastor who will lead our youth ministry and oversee our Education ministries by working together with the current children's ministers.

Highlights:

• Our Education department is well-supported by EM in terms of pastoral oversight and mentoring.
• We have a great teacher-to-student ratio with very solid group of volunteers (for both teachers and parents).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preach weekly and plan activities for students, attend Saturday pastors meeting at 9AM and submit weekly ministry report.
• Lead and run bible studies / programs during Friday evenings.
• Coordinate and serve during 2 retreats each year.
• Plan out the yearly calendar for Education ministries, while maintaining constant communication with our EM and KM adults.
• Plan yearly budgets for different education departments.
• Coordinate major education events (VBS, Fall Festival)
• Speak with parents (both Korean-speaking and Ensligh-speaking) in order to foster the spiritual nurture of our youth and children.

Qualifications:

• Must have graduated from or near graduation from an accredited seminary.
• Competence in the Korean language and culture to work closely with KM and parents.
• Dedication to Reformed Theology (preferably ordained with, or seeking to transfer into PCA)

사역 내용: 주일 교육부 설교, 예배인도, 금요예배 / 성경공부 진행, 연중행사 (수양회, VBS, Fall Festival) 계획및 진행. 교육부 관련 일정, 예산 계획및 관리.

자격: 신학대학원 졸업 혹은 졸업 예정자. 개혁신학에 대한 헌신과 열정이 있으신분. 미국 취업에 문제가 없으신분. 영어 소통이 자유로우신분.
